If you are looking for 1:1 counselling support this is the space for you! At present I offer sessions online only, enabling you to access therapy from any location. I work in a semi-directive manner, using Person Centred Therapy alongside elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation and Mindfulness. Sessions will always be adapted to your needs. Feel free to book a 15 minute session to discuss your needs.
